Pasta & Sausage

Serves 2 @ 8 pts each

2 cups Whole Wheat Pasta
4 tsp. olive oil
Garlic Cloves to taste
2 Turkey Sausage Links
Green Peppers

Crush garlic into oil and set aside.
Saute onions, green peppers & sausage.
Put over pasta and pour olive oil and garlic over. Toss. Add a little red. fat parmesan cheese. Yum!

White Pizza on Carb Out Flat Bread

Serves 1 - 5 pts for entire pizza

1 Carb out Flat Bread
1/2 cup FF Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Any combination of Veggies - maybe spinach, mushrooms & onions
Turkey Pepperoni

  • 1 serving, Points depend on how much protein you add.
  • This is a wonderful recipe that is simple to put together and could be a main dish.
Minute Ready Brown Rice Cup-3 pts.
1/2 cup eggbeaters-1 pt.
scallions (opt)
Frozen veggies (any kind, any amount. The more you add the bulkier the dish)
Perdue chicken strips or shrimp
Reduced sodium Soy Sauce

In a heated fry pan sprayed with Pam, scramble eggbeaters and break into small pieces. Add rice and saute. Add chicken and thawed veggies. Saute until heated. Add Soy Sauce to taste. Enjoy!!!!

Brown Rice and Beans

Here's another quick & easy recipe.
Makes 1 serving @ 5 pts.
Minute Ready Brown Rice Cup
1/2 cup black beans (or any beans)
2 slices Bordens FF cheese

Quick & Easy Taco Salad

Bagged Lettuce
Chopped Tomato
Boca Chili
1/4 cup Shredded FF Cheddar Cheese
1 serving Baked Doritos, crushed
1 TBS. FF Ranch Dressing
Toss it all together and enjoy!!!! About 5-6 pts.
